The object holder is mounted on a linear translation stage. The MCU <b>(1)<\/b> receives the command to capture an image from the connected PC and subsequently starts the stepper motor of the manipulator <b>(2)<\/b>. This moves the object through the X-ray beam at a constant speed. During this movement, the MCU continuously reads out the X-ray line camera <b>(3)<\/b> and transfers the data to the PC.
